Went in for a brake light recall and they performed a courtesy inspection. They found issues with my truck, and although the mileage was slightly over the extended warranty period, they honored the warra courtesy inspection. My car was towed due to a dead auxiliary battery in my hybrid, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Trying to determine if my car was checked in or if I had an assigned service advisor was a cha hybrid, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Trying to determine if my car was checked in or if I had an assigned service advisor was a challenge. I called the service number over 40 times with no answer—it just rang and rang. When I finally reached an advisor, they were great, but getting to that point was a struggle. Out of frustration, I called the scheduler and received four different responses from four different people. The first three couldn’t find my car in the system or any record of me being there, even though I had just been there on 1/3. On the fourth try, I finally spoke with someone who confirmed my car had been checked in and assigned a service advisor. He was incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate his assistance. More
