2017 Kia Sportage Jason was so helpful. There was a safety recall on my new 2017 Kia Sportage. I had my 2 year old grand baby with me for what I expected to be our firs Jason was so helpful. problems with service that are unresolved We took the car in for recalls on vehicle. When we got it back the alarm system that was anti-theft put in when we bought the car wasnt working. The factory installed one worked but not the one we paid money to put in. Anyway, we were told to arrange to bring it back to get it fixed and they would call someone from an alarm place to fix it. We brought it in and they said it was fixed. It wasn't fixed. The light showing alarm is engaged was lit but that was the only difference and we don't think they ever got a regular alarm person there. We went back and Doug peterson wasnt there and he was supposed to call and never did. More
