Our experience was great, Andy was amazing from the first call until we drive off the lot. Everything was quick and hassle free, including the financing part. We enjoy connecting with him each time we're there and trust him to guide us in the care of our Kia. That's the reason we drive right past Elk Grove Kia and head to Folsom Lake Kia for all of our servicing. We've never had an issue with our car and all repairs/servicing has been done as planned. Everyone is friendly and professional, so after three years, we feel right at home at Folsom Lake Kia! More

I have bought and sold many vehicles over the years but this has to be the worst experience! Beware that many of the sales associates are inexperienced. The Sales Manager, Dakota, focused more on selling an unwanted warranty than the actual vehicle. He reminded me of William H. Macy in Fargo. The Finance Manager's assistant, Christy Jones, is horribly rude. Her poor attitude and aloof personality made working with the finance dept incredibly stressful. She seemed more interested in socializing with staff and texting on her phone than providing great customer service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Then I was able to go home without any pressure and after doing some research on my own I came back the next day to sign the paperwork on a lease for a Kia Niro. It was an overall great experience. I'll be back in 3 years! More
Changed my mind about buying another Kia Had an appt Monday morning at 7:20am but as I was nervous to drive my car (leaking engine coolant) I arranged to tow my car to Kia on Sunday. Was told Had an appt Monday morning at 7:20am but as I was nervous to drive my car (leaking engine coolant) I arranged to tow my car to Kia on Sunday. Was told Saturday this was fine and someone would call me early Monday morning to discuss my car. I started calling them around 9:30 as I had not heard from anybody. Mostly just got a ringing phone with no answer. First time someone actually spoke to me? 12:30pm. That was just to say that my car was just now about to be looked at. Really? Got a call at 2:20pm with the news I had a cracked radiator. But they would have to call me right back with an estimate. I finally called Kia again at 5 PM, knowing that they closed at 5:30 PM. Finally got my overinflated estimate of $650 to replace my radiator. The jury was still out on replacing the thermostat and hoses. I was told I could have my car back on Wednesday but the parts would have to be overnighted (at my extra expense) in order to make that happen. Appt at 7:20am and had no idea what it would cost to fix or when I might get my only car back until after 5pm. How is that service? Missing work and no way to get my kid to his school activities as well. Terrible. I have a very close family member who happens to be the Service Manager at a dealership (too far away from me) and they were appalled. My plan all along was to hand this Kia down to my son in the New Year and buy a new Kia for myself but this experience has changed my mind. First time dealing with the service department and boy, has it been disappointing. Now I wait to get my car back. More
Courteous and knowledgeable service group Scheduled a Saturday appointment for the regular warranty oil change, filter and tire rotation. Was told they were also going to update some software under warranty as well. Service advisor was courteous and attentive and car was ready within the estimated hour. What's not to like? Doesn't get any better. More
