Ben was very thoughtful and patient in asking all of my questions. Last week, about a month later my car finally gave out and I was truly in the market for a new car. I emailed Ben and let him know. He was very helpful and allowed me to negotiate a great price. I met with Ben today and he was amazing! When I arrived at the dealership, he had the Kia ready for me to view and test drive. Once we got back from the test drive we then got down to the paperwork and and were in and out of the office with no haggling in a couple hours!
