This is the first time I have ever bought a car, new or used, and they made the experience a lot simpler and a lot less terrifying than I thought it was going to be. And it's not like I didn't haggle either. I made a point of trying to see what was the best they could offer me, and they were all very patient and helpful during the process, so I walked out with a great deal on a brand new Hyundai. I never once felt hassled or pressured by anyone and I am extremely happy with my car. I started off talking with Ivan and test driving a couple cars with him. He is a very recent hire, but he is already very knowledgeable and the few questions I had that he wasn't able to answer, he just ran off right away to get an answer. He also took it upon himself to make sure I got a good deal on the car by putting a little pressure to the manager. Edwin is also great. He was very personable and worked to get me an amazing quote on auto insurance from the agent he usually works with. He even talked the agent down from her original price for me. And then there was Tom, the finance guy. He walked me through all the paperwork at the end quickly and clearly and with a great sense of humor. I was really tired by the time we were finishing up (I had already had a long day before coming to the dealership) and he just made those last steps go by quickly and painlessly.
