Wonderful purchase. Our experience was wonderful. Test drive confirmed we wanted a Genesis. Drove with our salesman to another dealership to determine exterior color. Great Sales Staff We just purchased a 2016 Santa Fe AWD, Limited with the Ultimate package. There weren't. any on the lot when we drove up, but Joey, the sales manager We just purchased a 2016 Santa Fe AWD, Limited with the Ultimate package. There weren't. any on the lot when we drove up, but Joey, the sales manager was able to locate one nearby at the Roseville store. We had previously worked with Joey when we purchased our new 2007 Veracruz. With Joey and Oscar, our salesman, we had a great experience in getting a good deal on a great car. Oscar ran off to Roseville to get the car while we worked with the finance manager. Oscar showed us how to set up all of the gadgets on the vehicle and called us a couple days later to see how we were doing with the new car. He also invited us back to the store if we need to learn more about the great electronic features of the car. I haven't worked with the other parts of the dealership yet so I am not rating them at this time. The crew in the service department that prepped the car when it arrived was also great. The car was immaculate when we got it. More
