I walked in hoping to maybe walk out with something used, but I walked out with a 2017 Elantra and they made sure I stayed within my budget! Harley was very patient and knowledgeable and was more focused on getting me into something I can be proud of than what would make him more money and that was very apparent. Damien kept my mom and me laughing the whole time we were in his office and explained all of the documents in a way I could understand. I will definitely be back for any future car needs. Thanks guys! I'm one happy customer! More

Nice guys until they sell you a car Bought a used 2014 Chevy. Price was about the same as else where and the car was about the same. The sales men seemed to work with me to sell me the c Bought a used 2014 Chevy. Price was about the same as else where and the car was about the same. The sales men seemed to work with me to sell me the car. Was told my trade in wasn't worth what I thought and the offer was low. Was told they would have to wholesale it. Ok, I understand.It's on their lot now about 5K over what they gave me. When I got the car I bought home found a few issues. Many small dents in the hood and sun visor won't light up. E mailed the sales people, but heard nothing. Finally my wife called. Was told, " come in tomorrow before 3pm".Took the car back in and showed them the problems. Was told they would do nothing. Take the car to Chevy to get the light fixed and call the company they use to get dents taken out. Tell him to charge me what they charge them. This was after I stood waiting in the showroom for about an hour. I always buy from a new car dealer, they stand behind what they sell. Not Folsom Lake Hyundai. Bought the service agreement. The closer circled on the paper the items I was going to get at a discounted price. Was not given paper work, but a card to plug into a computer. Told him I'm not got with computers. When I finally figured out how to put the card they gave me in the computer I found out Did not get what was circled and was told no deductable, but $100 deductable. I explained to all that I was deaf. Told the closer, I'm sorry I don't have an interpreter, was told that's ok. I'm still in shock that I was treated this way by a "reputable car dealer" More

Nice folks; fears were unfounded. I was treated well here. Not a lot of hassle - just plain talk and a square deal. Well, I've always dreaded the process of buying a used car - - th I was treated well here. Not a lot of hassle - just plain talk and a square deal. Well, I've always dreaded the process of buying a used car - - the lies, distortions, and most of all wondering how much you are getting ripped off for. Of course you might get more for your used car by selling it yourself, but dealing with strangers coming to you home is just as bad as being underpaid. So I went into this dealership when they advertised a good deal on a used Kia. I went in with a price in mind for my trade in. The reviews of the car I bought seemed to show that the selling price was pretty good, so the only question was the trade-in value. I walked away from the first offer. They called back a few days later and got really close to my asking price. Easy-to-talk to salesman made the transaction smooth. The hand-off to the finance guy (Ed?) was pleasant, and he was very friendly, even humorous. No pressure to buy extended warranties, etc. All-in-all, it was an easy, almost stress-free experience. My only suggestion: Look at the selling prices for the car you are selling; look at the Consumer Reports reviews for the one you are buying. Hats off to Folsom Lake Hyundai - I'm very please with the service I received. More
