I have leased far too many cars from 3 German, 2 Japanese, and the 3 large US brands. I have never previously experienced a dealership where absolutely everyone; Sales, Front Desk, and all of Service have been a pleasure to work with. In particular Bill Bergaus (Service Manager) could not have been more helpful. I felt strongly about wanting FLF to conduct the first service on my 2017 Explorer Sport despite having relocated to Nevada. I contacted BIll knowing i had an appointment coming up in the area. Bill was more than happy to provide book my car in at short notice, provide a loaner, and do a great job servicing and cleaning my Explorer. Everyone involved on the day was outstandingly polite and helpful. Yes, i am the customer that came back from Nevada for a service because i trust and appreciate Folsom Lake Ford that much! Best service representative! I have bought two cars from Folsom Lake Ford and have had my cars serviced there for the past 8 years. But this past week, I had the best experience I have bought two cars from Folsom Lake Ford and have had my cars serviced there for the past 8 years. But this past week, I had the best experience ever. When I called to make my appointment indicating that I had a fluid leak, I was put on the schedule for 5 days in the future. I was quite worried that my car might get damaged due to the leak. Luis Legarda called me and assured me that he would make sure it was all taken care of. On the day of my appointment, he got me a rental car, assured me that my car would be "fixed" and made sure I felt confident with the service they would provide. By that evening, the car was fixed and I was able to pick it up the next day. Luis had just the right amount of "caring" about his customer to keep me coming back. More
