Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. Not sure how they got their current star rating but it wasn't for "After the sale" customer service nor service department professionalism. Maybe they were asked to have customers give the reviews before they left the dealership during the excitement of a new car purchase ? Either way, trying to get someone to simply answer their phone seems impossible and actually expecting a return call from messages is even worse. Just their multiple management replacements is evidence of a major issue. The original management at least stressed to their employees the importance of answering or returning calls obviously. Service department needs a complete restructure and some experienced employees versus just throwing warm bodies at it. They say some companies are just too big to fail but I think this low level of customer service and sub par professionalism has just been normalized over the years and people have lost faith because their voices are muted after the 3rd star on up OR folks just refuse to give their email addresses (Required to leave a review) to companies that will sell the info. I would suggest looking at the 1.5 stars of complaints to get a better idea of what you will be dealing with when using this Folsom Jeep Dealer. More
