Sales staff and General Manager are horribly dishonest and predatory. I order a Ram truck from them and was quoted a specific price. The truck I received wasn't what I ordered and was $2k more than I was and predatory. I order a Ram truck from them and was quoted a specific price. The truck I received wasn't what I ordered and was $2k more than I was quoted, and they didn't bother to even bring any of this to my attention......I had to figure it out myself. I took delivery on the truck anyway because I needed it for work, and did so based on a good faith promise from their Fleet Manager to look into the issue and "make it right". What a joke. As soon as they had they're money and I had driven off the lot, they ignored me. Just horrible horrible people. Beware and stay clear. More

I’ve been emailing and texting sale reps and build managers about a specific truck that I wanted for awhile now and finally came to an agreement with pricing. I finally came the next day to sign the p managers about a specific truck that I wanted for awhile now and finally came to an agreement with pricing. I finally came the next day to sign the paperwork, but little did I know, they wouldn’t honor their words. They should have been straight forward with me so I didn’t leave work early and drive all the way there. Therefore I was very disappointed sales rep for wasting my time. They tried to charge an extra 500 on top of the agreement when I got to the dealership. This whole meeting could’ve been great if they honored their words or save me the trouble and time by noting agreeing to the prices. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! More
