A few days later, when I was handed the keys, it looked as though it was right from the showroom floor. From the buffed exterior, to the mint interior, right down to the the new floor mats, my “new” BMW did not look or feel like a used car. The smooth and powerful ride felt as though it had just come from the factory. While the condition of the car was incredibly impressive, it was the service, which I received from Haig, that was most notable.
