Foley Motorsports responded

Christine purchased a MINI Cooper from Foley Motorsports and unfortunately had an issue with the transmission a short time after. Foley Motorsports sent it to an authorized MINI dealership, since the vehicle was under MINI's factory warranty. Foley Motorsports provided her with substitute transportation, while her vehicle was being diagnosed and subsequently, repaired under warranty at the MINI dealership. MINI replaced the transmission with a brand new one. We were told by the MINI dealer that it's taking longer than expected, because they were waiting for the transmission to be shipped from Germany. Foley Motorsports, couldn't have expedited the situation, as we were at the mercy of the MINI dealership and factory. No requested information was ever withheld from Christine in any way. The Massachusetts Lemon Law states If the dealer needs to order parts during a repair attempt, the days out of service while waiting for parts do not count towards the 11 business day requirement by the law. In good faith and like we do for all of our valued customers, Foley Motorsports did everything possible to take care of Christine's transmission issue and provide her with a loaner vehicle so that it would get repaired under warranty at no cost. Christine received a brand-new transmission, which to this day has been functioning perfectly.
