This was my first experience with remote car buying and I had lots of questions about the process not to mention a fair amount of anxiety about not seeing the vehicle live. From the minute he introduce hisself I felt relaxed and welcomed. Once I told him the car I was interested in he got the keys and copied my license to take it for a test drive. He did not rush me or make me feel as if I could not afford what I was looking at, he just ask how the car felt and did it feel comfortable. Needless to say after the drive and going over everything that came with it, I left with a car I had been wanting and feeling as if I got a great deal on my trade in.
