We live in Ohio and purchased the car from this New York dealer - they had the car we wanted and we were able to negotiate a fair price. Jennifer did everything possible to make this transaction smooth and dealer - they had the car we wanted and we were able to negotiate a fair price. Jennifer did everything possible to make this transaction smooth and easy for us. She always communicated quickly and professionally when we were negotiating and answered all our questions completely. When we arrived at the dealership, she had everything ready for us and took time to go over the car and all the paperwork carefully with us. We had visited and test drove a similar car close to where we live in Ohio and the experience was not comparable to our experience with Jennifer at Fogg's. We are enjoying our new Suzuki SX4 and are extremely glad that we bought it at Fogg's Suzuki. Our thanks to Jennifer again! More
Recently I was in the process of looking at cars and deciding if it was the right time or not. I purchased a van from Foggs about 8 years ago and remembered the service I recevied. I went on the website deciding if it was the right time or not. I purchased a van from Foggs about 8 years ago and remembered the service I recevied. I went on the website to look at cars and to find out the gas mileage that the SX4 crossover got. I drive a Yaris and drive 90 miles a day so needed something small with good gas. I was thouroughly impressed when at 8pm at night I got an email from Tricia answering my question. It did not stop there, When i knew that crossover would not work she then asked what I was looking for and asked if she could keep an eye out for anything that came in that matched what I was looking for. Today I get an email with 2 cars that matched what I am looking for. Tricia did not need to do this but she did it anyway. This is tremendous service. I have decided that I will hold on to my yaris until it is paid off, but when it is, Foggs will be the first place I go to and will email Tricia at that time. Great service!!! Scott More
I bought a car from this dealership a few months ago. While we were inspecting the car, my fiancé noticed that there was a plug in the back tire. We asked about it and Jennifer said the car would be get While we were inspecting the car, my fiancé noticed that there was a plug in the back tire. We asked about it and Jennifer said the car would be getting all new tires. In the excitement of buying the car, we neglected to double check and did not notice until about a month ago that the plug was still there. Instead of fixing the problem, they lied to me and sent me out with a cheap, unsafe plug. When I brought the car back for an oil change, I brought the problem to Jennifer’s attention, but she insists she only promised two new tires. In addition to the tire, the car is also missing its antenna so the radio barely works. I didn’t notice at first because the dealership is in the middle of nowhere, so the poor reception didn’t seem weird. Thirdly, I recently brought this car to another dealership to address a parts recall. The service people at this dealership informed me that the automatic transmission fluid, brake fluid, and the power steering fluid were all in poor condition. The car is an ’09, and a top rated car, a Mazda 3, so I didn’t think it was necessary to bring it to a mechanic prior to purchase, but I wish I had. I should have looked at this car MUCH more closely than I did; the car they sold me was not in the condition that it was represented to be in. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I gave this dealer a low rating because they value their own bottom line over the safety, security, and satisfaction of their own customers. More
I had a fantastic visit at Foggs. My aunt bought a car from here and loved it and i read the reviews and I must say they live up to all the good reviews. Adam was funny and friendly and he got me in my c from here and loved it and i read the reviews and I must say they live up to all the good reviews. Fogg's was given the top rating because I came across Fogg's by filling out an on-line credit application, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Lauren was great, helpful, nice and I felt comfortable working and talking with her and that hasn't been my experience with sales people in the past. Tricia and Lauren delivered the car to my work which was awesome because I wasn't sure how I was going to get to the dealership to pick the car up. I have recommended Fogg's to my co-worker who mentioned she will be looking for a car shortly and I know my husband has mentioned Fogg's to one of his co-workers. It was the best experience buying a car I have ever had! More
I have had a very hard two years. I was very ill for about 7 months in 2010 and I lost everything at that point. My job of 11 years, I am a RN. My house. My marriage and my car, I had a Honda Odyssey. about 7 months in 2010 and I lost everything at that point. My job of 11 years, I am a RN. My house. My marriage and my car, I had a Honda Odyssey. I have had 3 used cars and made numerous repairs to them to keep them going I have known I wanted a SX4 as a few family members have this vehicle and they love it. So I started putting out applications and Foggs had me in a car in 3 days. I couldnt be happier. Its a step in the right direction for me and willl help repair my credit, I finally have air conditioning again and its been very hot.
