We purchased several vehicles from Adam Rodick over the years and when he moved on to Fogg's Automotive we didn't hesitate to contact him to tell him we were in the beginning stages of possibly purchasing years and when he moved on to Fogg's Automotive we didn't hesitate to contact him to tell him we were in the beginning stages of possibly purchasing a new or used vehicle. Adam has always put us in a comfort zone. He is very professional and honest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family. When my Hyundai Elantra essentially gave up the ghost at 230.000 mi and I pretty much had to purchase another vehicle, I thought a Suzuki Crossover might meet my needs. Finding a one-year old Crossover with just under 6,000 miles on it, and aware of Fogg's solid reputation, the choice was really quite simple. Jennifer treated me with kindness and professionalism, and I'm glad we found each other. I would easily recommend your dealership to anyone seeking an automobile. Thank You. More

We returned to Foggs in 2013 after previously purchasing a vehicle form Linda Vasko back in 2010. The experience was simple, fair and stress free. I submitted an application back on 1-8-2013 through "Roadloans.com" who appears to be part of Santander Consumer which is a finance company based out of Texas. They preapproved me for $32,000 "Roadloans.com" who appears to be part of Santander Consumer which is a finance company based out of Texas. They preapproved me for $32,000 and referred me To Fogg's Automotive in Scotia NY as a "preferred dealer". Currently, I am in a open chapter 13 bankruptcy which is different because it does not discharge until the plan is paid off. In my case it's about 3 years left before I get a discharge. Santander Consumer, stated on their response that I would need a letter from my trustee allowing me to acquire a new vehicle loan. So the next day I received an email from Tricia Warren as well as a phone call that told me I was approved and to visit the dealer. I explicitly advised Tricia that I was in a open chapter 13 bankruptcy and she told me that they have a special finance department that is able to work with chapter 13 bankruptcy situations. So later that day I went in and supplied my pay stub along with a couple other required documents and selected a "ball park" amount to spend. I knew from the beginning that it would most likely take some time and not be that day that I would drive away which was fine. However, I learned at the dealer that they wanted to try with other finance companies to get a better APR. I questioned Lauren on what the pre approval meant from Santander Consumer and she said that "they are difficult to work with and if we can get you a better rate we would want to do that"..Santander set me at 15.5ish% APR which is good for someone in a open chapter 13 bankruptcy as some finance companies charge well over 20% on the APR. So in my opinion I didn't think they would be able to get under a 15% APR but I departed and waited until today 1/14/2013 for Lauren to call me and tell me that there is nothing they can do for me. So it was very much a waste of time for me to drive there and waste 2 hours of time to find out today that they can't do anything. What really ticks me off is this pre approval from Santander Consumer that referred me to Fogg's in the first place. I think that Fogg's needs to contact Roadloans.com and remove their name as a preferred dealer since they won't use Santander consumer. I did some research and found out that Santander Consumer charges a acquisition fee to the dealer that they can't charge the consumer for. So it's obvious why they wont use them. Understandable totally... But I sure would have appreciated knowing that from the start. I would have not wasted the time going to the dealer with a pre approval from Santander. This to me in a way is very embarrassing to go there and waste their time and mine. So it's very fair to say that this dealer can't finance someone like they say they can if you'r in a open chapter 13 bankruptcy and I would advise others in this situation to not waste their time. Additionally, not specifically to Fogg's but all dealers...In my opinion it would be easier with someone with bad credit to get financed on a auto loan so long as they are not in bankruptcy as to someone like me that is in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I've seen people so irresponsible get auto loans with credit far far far worse then what I have. It's really stupid. More
The staff at Fogg's really went "above and beyond" for us. Not just in "sales"-- although Adam was great... but in their follow through too. I detest car shopping. I did my research and found out what the fair market value should be for the vehicle I was looking for. I brought my wife and three year old to Fogg's to test drive a Dodge Journey what the fair market value should be for the vehicle I was looking for. I brought my wife and three year old to Fogg's to test drive a Dodge Journey that my wife had seen listed on there web sight. Adam greeted us and invited us inside. We asked if we could take a test drive and my wife liked the car. We thought the listed price of the car was high based off our research but wanted to keep our business local if possible. The vehicle had features we did not need and we had found other versions of the Journey cheeper. Adam started out the negotiations and dutifully tried to sell the car at the list price and talk financing and other options. The only option we were in there for was the Journey and the right price. Adam was very courteous and respected of the fact that I just wanted the final price. He even went on line to a web sight that lists all the available vehicles for sale with our specific criteria and there list prices to see where Fogg's pricing was compared to all the other dealers out there. Adam took that list, our target price and the fact that we would buy today from them and was able to make the sale happen. After a few counter offers our target price was met. After the sale was complete we procced to have a great experience with the finance specialist as well. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. The deal was signed on a Saturday and Adam picked my wife up from our house to take her to the dealership to drive the car home on Monday. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had and my wife and I would recommend Fogg's to any one looking to purchase a vehicle. More

My financial situation is not the best (to say the least). After meeting with her today I am smiling from ear to ear. Not only was I treated with the utmost kindness, respect, patience and professionalism, but the whole experience was very pleasant and put me immediately at ease. I am easily frustrated when it comes to dealing with financial situations but Ms. Del Zotto made the whole visit go quickly and painlessly from start to finish. I am very thankful that I found this car dealershi...it has been a true blessing and I am already recommending that my aunt go here for her car situation. Please don't hesitate if you're thinking of stopping in.....you won't be sorry. I'm not! More
