So far its been nothing but a problem, the day the limited warranty expired the car started having electrical problems so I've changed the spark plugs, coil pack, and reset the on board cpu. And now the traction control trips cuts engine power on top of that the electrical is still messing up at random times. I will never step foot inside this ripoff establishment ever again nor will anyone I know. More

Amber said everything looked great bring my title. I get there they told me I needed 3-4,000 down or a cosigner! I go what? I was told everything was fine before I took a 60minute drive! Well turned out everything was a complete and total scam. Not only was my appointment at 5pm and waited til 6pm. Ran my credit then said needed a ridiculous down payment! More

So I used the cosigner option the next afternoon they ran my dad's credit had him cosign on the truck. The next day I do my hour and fifteen minute drive to foggs all excited to get my truck and the salesman says to me I need 5000 dollars down? How does it go from 2000 without cosigner or nothing with a cosigner to 5000 down with a cosigner? Needless to say I drove over to state street and found multiple trucks I like so I'm considering taking my money elsewhere More

Wasted a week & lowered credit score for nothing A week ago I was told that I would have a car on 5/13/16 as long as I provided X,Y,Z documents and had a specific down payment. I provided the documents and I had to call them each time only to remind them that they already HAD the docs. Friday came & went with nothing but a salesperson acting as if this was the 1st time we'd spoke! I physically drove there on Saturday to be told that now I required a co-signor because my score was too low (come to find out they had run my credit THREE times causing my score to drop to the point of needing a co-signor! Now I am scrambling, trying to find a car, while I borrow a friends to get to work and she borrows another family members car! I'm lucky to have someone who could help in this lurch the unprofessionals at Fogg's left me in! More

Excellent Experience! Visit Sonia at Fogg's After several trips to other car dealerships in the area, we checked out Fogg's for a car. Considering that there were some financing issues we didn' After several trips to other car dealerships in the area, we checked out Fogg's for a car. Considering that there were some financing issues we didn't know what to expect, We were beyond pleasantly surprised with the process from start to finish. We did not experience the relentless pressure to BUY IT NOW! that we had dealt with at other dealerships. We requested to "think about it" over night and we were encouraged to. There was absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision. They found a car that was a fit for both out financial needs, reliability needs, and not once were were pressured to spend more than we could afford. The financing was smooth and any variations along the way were immediately disclosed. Other dealerships would tell us all was good to get us back in the door only to tell us the proposed payment was $100 more per month! We especially liked the "Fogg's For Life" program (oil changes, inspections, FREE etc). We highly recommend Sonia as a sales person. We will be looking for two more vehicles for our family in the near future and Fogg's will be our first stop. More

This hour long drive was a complete waste of time. She told me I had to go out there, So I arrived and sat down with Matt - He was very nice and helpful. Art on the other hand was rude and demeaning. I walked away from the terrible dealings at Foggs Automotive - And will never return. They told me my trade in was not possible, and it was.. They told me I could not afford the specifications that I had. I left Foggs Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday I drove home with my new truck from a REAL dealership. More
