The manager that night had some personal issues going on at home and he didn't seem to care what I had to say. He was on his phone outside yelling when I was looking at the vehicles. Which is whatever but when you walk back in the door leave your issues outside. Thank goodness for Samuel he was happy and up bet. Like that. We stayed to sign the papers because of Samuel. They are taking good care of us and the truck. I would buy all my vehicles from foggs. Great experience. This actually was a fun experience. Normally I am flipping out on the sales people because they are pushy not there. I have bought vehicles new and used about 6 or 8 from different dealerships. Terrible Experience I was scheduled for an appointment at 600 pm due to my work schedule. I did not know I would be rushed out or I would have scheduled for a Saturda I was scheduled for an appointment at 600 pm due to my work schedule. I did not know I would be rushed out or I would have scheduled for a Saturday. I was greeted by Christine who said under her breath this is not gonna take long. After she ran my credit 4 times making my already low score lower she came back and said you need a two thousand dollar down payment for what I hadn't even seen a vehicle. She then basically told me to go and borrow or what ever I needed to do to get the 2 thousand and come back . I feel as if I was being put out I waited outside for my Uber didn't feel comfortable needless to say I now own a brand new vehicle . I went with a company that treated me with respect they even stayed open late they now have a lifetime customer shame on you foggs More
