Came in Saturday and they were nice enough to fit me in without an appointment. Came in for a blown headlight. I asked them to check for any damage or issues that might have caused the headlight to go out without an appointment. Came in for a blown headlight. I asked them to check for any damage or issues that might have caused the headlight to go out as I had been earlier in the year to get it replaced once already and I know headlights don't tend to go out that fast. I talked to Trey. He told me the tech told him that the headlights were both drawing more power than they should with the passenger side drawing more than the drivers side. Trey told me a higher level technician would be the one that had to do the work and find the exact issue and that they would need my car for at least 1.5 hours. They didn't fix the bulb but they also didn't charge me anything either. I didn't have my work schedule at the time so I had to wait until Monday to schedule for Tuesday. I arrive on time for my appointment Tuesday morning and after waiting almost 3 hours I was told that this technician did not see the what the other technician saw and had no training or explanation why the bulb blew. I'm thinking that was kinda odd but OK and was thinking they were about done with the car. I was then told by the service advisor they just had to replace the bulb. It took two hours for them to finish from there. At 1:15ish I ask the other service advisor how much longer and he told me they were waiting on someone to come back with a bulb so they could get me fished up. So it took like an hour an a half or an hour and 45 minutes to get a bulb. Crazy stuff to me. I waited almost 5 hours. And the service advisor told me the technician suggested I get my subframe fixed. Which might be true but just hearing that one guy found an issue and he didn't find that issue then being told that the guy who couldn't find the issue suggested some other work came off to me in a way I can not describe.
