I really loved my service guy when I walked in very helpful and made sure I saw every thing about the details of what needed to be done to car and very knowledgeable whe. I asked a question. My car's issues are the same. . first they said it was the o2 sensor causing the engine light and the put- putting....it got changed $300+...My check engine light remains on....the . first they said it was the o2 sensor causing the engine light and the put- putting....it got changed $300+...My check engine light remains on....then I went in for an oil change and tune up..$400+....now the the put- putting has returned...with high idleing..honestly, i do wonder if my o2 sensor really got changed. ....and of course my check engine light is still on... they didn't even mention it when I got my oil changed. I've always used the dealer in Fort Lauderdale. Never had an issue. I'm not happy with Flowers Honda. Thank you. I don't know who actually worked on my car. But my low mark is for the dealership service, pricing and the results. More
