Flow VW Is A Friendly Place To Take Your Vehicle For Service I have been to Flow VW a few times since I bought my 2015 VW Passat TSI back in July of 2016 the first time I went there it was only to get a key and I have been to Flow VW a few times since I bought my 2015 VW Passat TSI back in July of 2016 the first time I went there it was only to get a key and remote programmed to the car and while they had it in there doing that they washed the car for me with out being told to do so. The second time I was there I took it there thinking that one of my brake lights was on and when I got there they found out that it was actually my tire pressure light that was on so they checked air pressure in all 4 tires and reset the tire pressure sensor and once again they washed they car without being told to do so and I did not even owe anything at all. The third time I had it there for the 1st oil change since I bought it and also the very 1st air filter change for this car and my service department represantive asked me if I minded if they washed the car for me while it was back there and I said go ahead and have them wash it I sure don't mind at all. Each time I have been there I have always been treated extreamly nice and with an extreme amount of respect by all of the severvice department represanitives. More
Disappointed in Winston VW Disappointing experience with Nick, sales manager. After returning to the dealership same day, we were $2,300 from closing deal. We came up $1,300 and Disappointing experience with Nick, sales manager. After returning to the dealership same day, we were $2,300 from closing deal. We came up $1,300 and the came down $250. Then told us he had another $1,000 if we had previously owned a VW; we had not. He would not meet us in the middle to convert a new a VW customer (w 2 young drivers in the household). It's about how you're treated and we'll gladly go with other car brands. Great sales rep, disappointing management. Worth the drive to another dealership. More
To be clear, MY issue is with this dealer (Flow VW) and NOT with Volkswagen of America. My car is included in a class action lawsuit involving "Oil Sludge" buildup in the engine, and Volkswagen's communic NOT with Volkswagen of America. My car is included in a class action lawsuit involving "Oil Sludge" buildup in the engine, and Volkswagen's communication to me informed me that all repairs involved with this issue would be covered by their company, and that all I needed to do was visit an authorized dealer and provide maintenance documentation. I complied with these criteria, and currently my vehicle is sitting behind their facility NOT BEING REPAIRED. It makes seven (7) days since FLOW VW accepted my vehicle, and repairs have not begun. This creates a tremendous problem for me, and I communicated to the service representative (Andy)and to another individual (Melissa) that I felt Flow VW's concern was for a dollar value associated with repairing my car, and NOT for me as a customer. Melissa confirmed my suspicion of this and told me that their dealership would not receive payment for the repair if VW of A did not authorize the repair. I have not been provided with any service, and nearly absolute zero compassion for not having a vehicle. A court has ordered repairs of the issue affecting my vehicle, and FLOW VW is not willing to honor this order; nor do so in a timely manner. No efforts were made to assist me with alternative transportation options. Melissa informed me they had no cars to lend as the Wyndham tournament in town had been given ALL vehicles Flow VW had to offer. It is clear FLOW VW gives precedence to their monetary concerns, ahead of the needs of the customer and providing service to the customer. The internet is replete with similar complaints of paltry customer service, and mine is no different. I feel sorry for anyone who has had similar experiences, and would advise anyone reading this to find another dealer to do business with; unless your expectation is to be neglected. More

December 2, 2009 I purchased a 2006 Cadillac DTS for 19,000.00 of which I paid cash. I never got a follow up call or any written correspondence to see how I was enjoying my purchase, or thanking me for choosing your company to make this purchase. A couple of weeks later, the battery died in my car. I called the salesman that sold me the car, to see if they could send someone out to get it started. He said I was calling so late (it was around 4pm) and he didn't think anyone could come out to help me and since I lived in Greensboro, that made matters worse. I called Bill Black here in Greensboro, and immediately they Asked if they could come and pick the car up -- they said they would have to keep it over night, will put a new battery in it and reset the computer in the car. I've since had to take it back a couple of times for a air bag module that cause the battery to run down and they had to replace the oil pan gasket on the car. I really should have looked at this car closely before making this purchase, but the prices on your lot was too good to believe. Thank goodness the car was still under factory warranty. Of course I've found the customer service a Black Cadillac to delight me beyond my wildest expectations.... And after being a former Customer Service Manager this means a lot to me. I will never purchase another car from your dealership and don't intend to encourage anyone to come to your company for a purchase of transportation. My car is beautiful, and when many have complemented me on it, I tell them I bought it from Flow motors, but suggest they go to Black Cadillac because their customer care makes it worth the purchase. Sincerely, Kenneth Norman More
I visited this dealership on 10/28/09 to trade in a 2006 Passat for a 2010 Jetta. This was my 2nd buying experience with this dealer and as always they were friendly, courteous, professional and not overly Passat for a 2010 Jetta. This was my 2nd buying experience with this dealer and as always they were friendly, courteous, professional and not overly pushy (as I have experienced with many other dealerships) The entire transaction went through with no problems at all. I worked with Peggy Moncrief and she was the picture of professionalism, giving me her undivided attention and never getting distracted by other tasks or customers. I was made to feel like I was their most important customer. And they worked me a great deal on a lease! A very reasonable price for such a good, sturdy and stylish vehicle. I have also had many experiences with the service department with my previous car, and again... professionalism all the way. If my car could not be returned to me same day, I always got a loaner or rental free of charge. When I did receive my car after service, it was always clean and the work they did was top of the line. Once, I even had one of the service personnel bring my car to me so I wouldn't be inconvenienced with having to drive back to the dealership. (I do live in a nearby town, about 20 minutes away) Flow Volkswagen is definitely in a league of their own and without a doubt should set the company standard on how a dealership should be! More
