They will tell you things are wrong when they are not. Please watch out for scare tactics ladies they will make you think it's dangerous to put your car on the road even when nothing is wrong. More
Consistent terrible service I was quoted $145 for a part and free installation. I called 5 days later and the part had not even been ordered. It's 2 weeks later I come to have it I was quoted $145 for a part and free installation. I called 5 days later and the part had not even been ordered. It's 2 weeks later I come to have it installed due to a call I received that it was in. The part was not here. Today I pick it up and it's $175 and that they gave me a discount. I explained the quote he made @$145. I get that price but no discount, I'm told installation is the discount...no that was part of the original price. And if they say they will call you back, guarantee they will not including the manager Donna. This is beyond bad. This is only 1 instance, I have many. More

I kept the c I should of read the reviews online before purchasing a car sight unseen. I had been in an accident and lost my 2011 VW Jetta manual TDI. I kept the car despite the TDI issues VW faced. I love the diesels. Looking for a new car I wanted a diesel wagon. Trying to purchase my new car from VW of Greensboro was painful. The car was never ready, someone else was on the waiting list to see it, then one day I get a call that I could buy it. I had a strong second candidate that I wish I had gone with. From there, I will say it was smooth and Rick was a pleasure to work it. But trying to get the car in the first place was quite complicated. I bought a 2014 VW TDI wagon with 19k miles. Two months later and I’m in the shop with a total loss. The car has extensive rodent damage and VW isn’t willing to do anything. Warranty does nothing. I do not think VW performed an accurate certified inspection before selling the car. Either selling it to me with damage or with these rodents. The car clearly sat with the previous owner and either had the damages then, or had the animal that started them. 14k in damages didn’t just happen in two months. I am without a car again and VW isn’t willing to do anything. I called the dealership with my issues and was told they would be covered. I never received a follow up. I am seriously disappointed and will be looking at other manufacturers. More

Unprofessional and uncapable After contacting the dealership for an appointment to take care of the recall for the airbag issue, I get told that there is no parts to fix it. The second time I go to take care of the airbag recall, the airbag light is still on as before. They have not shown the old parts removed (as any honest dealer). It makes one wonder if there was any recall repair done to my 2006 Passat. It is totally disgusting how they deal with customers. More
Great Price Horrible Service First of all the Salesman who sold me the car couldn't carry on a conversation. He would rather speak to other fellow employees than me the customer. Second they practically forced an extended warranty on me which I was fine with at first but found out later that Steve the financial guy fed me a line of Bullsh** on what it actually covered. Also, was not truthful on the amount the added coverage would cost over a 5 year period. Steve should be fired in my opinion. The worst part is he said I could cancel this added coverage at any point and 5 days later I am still making phone calls to cancel it. Spoke to the manager who was a great help but still have yet to be cancelled from the added coverage. DO recommend buying a car there for the price but DO NOT recommend them at all for customer service. Hope this is helpful to everyone! More

I was warmly greeted at my car and quickly reviewed my service needs. I was pleased at the professionalism and was quickly issued a loaner vehicle. Having multiple meetings that day, I appreciated the haste that was afforded me once I informed the service advisor of my need to expedite the process. My vehicle was serviced quickly and no one bullied me for unnecessary services. I was kept informed of upcoming scheduled maintenances that I will plan for on my next visit. Definitely come to Flow VW in Greensboro if you want professional and more importantly caring service More
