Brown If you call "matching" the price of competitiors by being $1300.00 more expensive, then yes, you're infact matching it. As far as service I don't care to speak to anyone from that dealership in regards to the issue, you had your chance to repair it. But no, you didn't. I had to wait 4 days to even get a call from you all in regards to my car, and when I stopped in to get the rental, they directed me back up town to get it, which you all could've been kind enough to tell me when I actually was contacted by you all. Futhermore on the trade of my vehicle for a new STI, like I said, it was like biting nails to even get close. I took your price with the same exact features on the car to Reynolds and they straight outbeat you on price by $1300.00. That's not competition, it's greed. I won't recommend anyone to your dealership, I wont get another oil change from your dealership (i'm actually going to drive 35 miles from where I live to get it done for 20 dollars more) just from the sheer poor experience I had with you all.
