We were in Charlottesville for some apts, and there was a burning smell coming from under the hood of my Outback. I showed up with no apt and they got my car in the shop in under 30 minutes. Little long for oil change and multi-point inspection. And hour. Very quiet work space to use devices or with t.v. away from kids. Answered a tricky question I had re: warranty, Oil change was free due to my warranty so cannot speak to price. Not too many "reminders," just one or two. I'm just picky about that as I like people to be trained to be responsible to do what they say and not he bugged. Maybe just the midwest in this boy, but if I say something, my word is my bond so why all the minor hassles. I know why, lets all grow up though. More

I had an appointment and when I arrived It wasn't. So it took an extra 5 hours to get me in. After completing my work I was told I needed about $6,000 worth of repairs. After taking my car to other mechani took an extra 5 hours to get me in. After completing my work I was told I needed about $6,000 worth of repairs. After taking my car to other mechanics it turned out that $18.00 resolved all other issues. Please do not ever contact me again. I will be sharing my horrible experience with as many people as I can.
