My experience at Nissan was smooth overall easy to do. I walked on the lot, just to browse, but I found a car that fits my personality to replace my old car that I had driven for over 7 years. Everyone was very nice, we felt very welcomed. I test drove two cars and fell in love with the Chrysler. The whole process seemed to go faster than expected. There is one problem with the right front wheel. However, I went in yesterday and the service dept. went over the car, also faster than expected, and told me what was wrong and they will have the part in and will fix it Thursday mourning. I didn't have to argue or beg. Most car dealers would be, "It's yours now, you fix it". When we are ready for another car we will be returning to Fred Anderson Nissan of Fayetteville. I don't think we will ever consider another dealer. Thanks again, Angela Sachs More
