I’ve maintained maintenance here for years and never had any issues until recently. My Check engine light came on and I called the dealership prior to taking my car to make sure my warranty is still active any issues until recently. I get to the dealership only for the service manager to tell me my warranty has expired, which wasn’t true. Nissan Consumer Affairs confined my warranty was active. We worked through it, I took my car back. However, my issue wouldn’t be covered by my warranty but by my insurance , which we didn’t know the issue prior to misinformation of my warranty . I’ve had my car for 5yrs, purchased it from here. My engine cover was removed and I went back to get it only for them to tell me my car never had an engine cover because they looked at another car of the same year that doesn’t haven’t one. That car has nothing to do with mine. I’ve had my car for 5yrs and know for a fact that there has always been an engine cover . They told me my 2020 Sentra never had one. Excuse me, you have looked under my hood maybe once or twice compared to me having the car for 5yrs. The audacity to ask me, if I had an engine cover where would it go, is it bolted or clipped in? Clearly the bolt and engine cover is missing. It was an insult to tell me I’ve never had an engine cover , the same cover I’ve been looking at for 5years. The same service manager who told me my warranty expired was the same person who said I never had an engine cover. He was wrong about my warranty and just as wrong about my engine cover as well. I just wish they would own up to removing my engine cover and losing it instead of basically calling me a liar. I just want my engine cover replaced. More

Good day to all I am feeling great today and will love to leave this positive feedback from flow Nissan of Fayetteville NC. I am the owner of a 2018 Nissan Titan truck from which I did not purchase from to leave this positive feedback from flow Nissan of Fayetteville NC. I am the owner of a 2018 Nissan Titan truck from which I did not purchase from them by the way. I had my transmission go bad and will have a delay when going into reverse after taking it to Flow Nissan for an inspection on the vehicle. They told me that I’ll have to pay $6018 for parts and labor for brand new one after they directed me to Nissan corporate which I intern called and told him the problem that I am having with the Transmission Corporate took about a week and then told me that they would cover 90% of the cost. I am feeling great because today I got the phone call. My bill is $688. Thanks to jenna that works for Flow Nissan and Luis. The mechanic I saved over $5500 And they updated me every step of the way I just want to say thank you all who had a part in fixing my truck and making another customer happy More

The dealership itself is very clean and comfortable with ample seating and even an area to relax and enjoy coffee while you wait. He made this potentially stressful situation smooth and without any stress at all. He clearly cares about his clients and did everything he could to make sure I felt comfortable with not only the vehicle I purchased but also the financial part. Mamie Rowe is a fantastic representative of your facility. I hadn't bought a car in 23 years and Mamie was sooo patient, informative, and very helpful in guiding me through the process.
