David you’re the person I dealt with in both instances. You’re also the same person who said my car never came with an engine cover, which is incorrect. I’ve had my car for 5yrs and recently replaced my battery in December where there was an engine cover present and had been for the last 5yrs. You all basically called me liar without saying those words exactly.

Nothing But Ecuses for why it took 2 hrs for an Oil Change ! Had an Appointment for over 3 1/2 Months and was told they Must Have Overbooked ???Recomend Going Elsewhere to Buy A Vehicle and Get Service !
