We had an amazing time buying my Dad an excellent used Toyota Rav4. My Dad felt supported the whole way making a wise decision on, what we hope to be, the last car he ever buys. Kelly was our sales re Toyota Rav4. My Dad felt supported the whole way making a wise decision on, what we hope to be, the last car he ever buys. Kelly was our sales representative. She was so fun and calming to work with. Very personable and felt like an honest friend helping us find the right car at a reasonable price. Kelly was patient with all of my Dads car. We laughed the whole way. Best car sales experience we had ever had!!! Kurt with financing set my Dad with additional coverage for maintenance my Dad needs to ensure his car lasts and repairs are affordable with his fixed income. We are very happy and I will sleep better at night knowing my Dad has a great reliable car and an outstanding team we trust to contact for our car needs in the future! Thank you Kelly. I had been searching for a new vehicle for about 2 months. Carmen was the first car salesperson I had spoken to and after I told her I was interested but still not committed on a cx-30, she understood months. Carmen was the first car salesperson I had spoken to and after I told her I was interested but still not committed on a cx-30, she understood, wished me luck on car browsing, and didn’t continue to persuade me (which was great!) She did keep me updated on new vehicles but was never pushy. I ended up coming back to Carmen after my search and purchased a cx-30 and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend going to her if you’re thinking about getting a new car. More
