Bragg and waited two hours, plus got charged a service fee just to be told that they couldn't find any issues, and that the issue only occurred when turning a corner quickly. Obviously, that contradicts the "not finding any issues" statement, but this is what I was told. Also, I was called and told I'd receive a survey so that I could let them know how satisfied I was. When I told the person that I wasn't satisfied at all, said survey never came. I'll be driving to Raleigh to get my car serviced if possible. More
