So I want to give xxxxxxto most of the techs that work at this facility. So far they have done great. You are wondering why I’m am only giving them 3 stars it’s more in the way the manager and advisors act a this facility. So far they have done great. You are wondering why I’m am only giving them 3 stars it’s more in the way the manager and advisors act and take care of people. Even though on my last visit after I had spent 5,000 to get a cam fixed my car came out looking the same way it dose in the photos below the only reason why it got repaired there was because of the tech that was going to work on it. So I told my self I’d never bring it back and took care of the engine mount that they said I needed. So then when I got a check engine light I took it hendrick in Charlotte and come to find out they treat you well up there but they missed an oil and coolant leak. So beyond better judgment I took it back to flow mini and they found what Charlotte missed only 4 weeks prior and almost over heated my engine. So flow told me the oil filer housing was leaking and I fixed it. The quote went from 1,300 and within an hour of giving the ok. They then said it would be closer to 2k the manger said since I had such bad experience with Charlotte they would have the tech do an oil pressure test to see how bad the leak was. Once I came to pickup the 2k found its way to 2,157 give or take after complaining that charging for the diag even though I did the repairs was on they decided to take that charge since all the tech did was lift the car and look at the leak. This was after that same tech tried to sell me another engine mount that I had replaced in October cause he said it was tore and is still on my bill to this day as a declined service. There was no consideration for his mistake or did they give me any information on the oil pressure test cause until I brought it up at checkout I got a sure the tech looked at. There are no notes on my paperwork nor any explanation. The pictures below are from the car wash it never got and the courtesy vacuum that they didn’t do but said they did. If your trying to gain back trust in a customer and supposedly the parts department messed up with price issue you would think maybe you would do a little extra clean or there or at least make the courtesy basic wash and vacuum was done. Here is why they don’t care in this area you have 2 flow dealers for mini and hendrick within a 200 mile radius. So they can treat you how ever they want. It’s sad that when I take my wife’s ford in the shop we get more of a red carpet and it’s 2015 ford edge 160,000 miles and sadly has cost none in repairs. I love my mini cooper and just in past year spent over 9,000 in repairs and I’ve given up on the dealers around this area. So if you bring your car here they have some great techs but don’t be upset when they just treat you like a piggy bank. I went and talked to corporate today and it was a waste of my breath so just wanted to give a warning to all that. They don’t seem to treat there customers the way flow takes care of people at other dealers. It’s a shame cause I plan on keeping the mini and getting a new one but I will driving a good distance in hopes of a dealership that will treat there customers well. More
Ordered an EV Mini online through their dealership. They were extremely communicative and kept me informed through the entire process. While I didn't end up purchasing the car when it arrived, through no fault of theirs or the cars (The EV Minis are great), I appreciate so much the mindset of the Flow Auto group. More
Went in with a trade and were arbitrarily offered $12,000 below KBB trade in value, which is insultingly low especially in today’s market. I provided them with objective factual evidence as to where I came u below KBB trade in value, which is insultingly low especially in today’s market. I provided them with objective factual evidence as to where I came up with my asking price, but after waiting to hear back they only increased their offer to $8,000 below KBB. They told us to compare their trade-in price to places like Carmax and Carvana, which I thought was interesting considering that Carmax and Carvana are typically known for offering lower wholesale/trade values, because they offer the most straightforward and easy process, as well as offering discounted vehicles for sale. On a different occasion, our salesperson tried to convince us that interest rates were better on used/CPO cars than new cars, which may sometimes be true under certain circumstances, but extremely rare when directly comparing cars of a similar value for similar loan terms. I will say that overall our salesperson was friendly and professional, and I understand that they are just doing their job as their managers instruct them. After my original review, I was contacted by Billy, the manager at Flow Mini. Unfortunately, this phone call has soured my feelings towards Flow Mini even further, as the phone call felt very confrontational, and Billy only seemed to want to explain to me why I was wrong on all counts and was not open to hearing my perspective. All that being said, I still doubt I would ever consider Flow Mini again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. More

The Countryman was perfect for my needs & this time I wanted a British Racing Green mini. Patrick Simpson helped me navigate the purchase once I had test driven other minis & zeroed in on another Countryman that just happened to be British Racing Green! Great experience overall from Patrick, Allison, & Matt. More

Pretty good deal We had checked out the car online and got a good amount of information from our salesman, Patrick Simpson, prior to walking on the lot. We secured ou We had checked out the car online and got a good amount of information from our salesman, Patrick Simpson, prior to walking on the lot. We secured outside financing and insurance. The longest part was finishing the finance portion with Truliant. If you secure outside financing do it all in person and have that same person able to be called when the deal is ready to be finalized. Lastly, Flow will not budge on their doc fee ~$600. When you get your final deal number, ask them to subtract an extra 600 to account for your doc fee because the tax you pay includes the car+doc fee. You’ll sign a statement that says the doc fee represents additional “profit”. Other than that we knew what we wanted, what we could afford, then went back and forth 3 times to get a deal. Left the first day on the lot with a car. More
