Brock was very patient, good listener and very knowledgeable of the features and benefits associated with all the Lexus models. His primary objective is that of making the customer feel at ease and confident in their car selection. Additionally, the Service Department is above reproach; an outstanding team of professionals (i.e. Ronnie, Frank, Ian and Rick) who have earned my respect by ensuring the life of my vehicles through routine maintenance. This dealership is a perfect example of the bad reputation car dealers get. I was greeted by a trainee who knew absolutely nothing and was very annoying. I could not get any kind of idea what type reputation car dealers get. I was greeted by a trainee who knew absolutely nothing and was very annoying. I could not get any kind of idea what type of deal I could get. He kept asking me to make an offer. Finally, after 45 minutes of listening to bad jokes and a tour of the dealership, that I did not request, I am asked to sit in an office, where I waited for 15 minutes, after which I was told the sticker price was the price. I never met with a sales person. I went to 5 dealerships the same day, and this was the ONLY one that was rude and gave me the impression they were doing me a favor. FLOW, my message to you is thanks but no thanks. Treat your potential customers a little better. More

I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the service department. I left my car with them for over a week with specific issues and asked them to please call after they had driven it to let me the service department. I left my car with them for over a week with specific issues and asked them to please call after they had driven it to let me know what they thought may be the problem. On the 8 th day I had heard nothing about my vehicle and had to call to find out what was going on myself. The response I received was "it's ready for you". I had to then inquire about what they found after the test drive. No information was volunteered and no apologies for not calling. Disappointing to say the least... More

"OMG" Billy Grubbs was so charming and knowlegeable. Billy gave me a detail tour of Flow and explain the operation of the service center. I have a friend that owns a Lexus and all he can tell me is how well the Lexus dealership treats him. I now understand. From the moment I walked in the sales room to driving my new car off the lot, I have never seen a dealership like Flow Lexus. In particular, my sales rep Ian was great. Took me on a test drive like no other. The test drive and Ian's knowledge of the car made the sale (on top of a truly superb car). In addition, Ian was the kind of person you meet and you think you have known him all your life. I would also like to commend the finance manager, Victor. For the first time in a finance office, I felt like the finance manager was my advocate, not a rep of a bank giving him a kickback. Sound, sound advise as we explored financing and leasing arrangements. So, thanks again Ian and Victor at Flow Lexus Greensboro. Experience could not have been better. Truly outstanding! More

He even located a car in the color we wanted from another dealership and had it brought over before we got there. I had a question the following week and Ben responded immediately. The service department is also phenomenal! Truly top notch operation, all the way around. Ben has earned our trust and we will be loyal customers of his and Flow Loexus for years to come because of his honesty, knowledge, and professionalism. More
