Deshawnda, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your recent encounter with our service department, and for allowing us the opportunity to review the events surrounding your experience. Our system indicates that we were able to provide you with a diagnosis that resulted from preexisting corrosion. Please see the details of the report below: -Severe corrosion on the positive post and terminal of the battery -Condition caused the positive terminal to corrode so much, that the terminal would not stay tight against the battery post. -Battery and positive terminal replacements were advised as a resolution, however services were respectfully declined to be carried out elsewhere. Upper management has been made aware of your concerns, and action will be taken if deemed necessary upon further review. Again, we appreciate your time.
