My overall experience with Steven Vera was great! However, I still feel I have a lot of unanswered questions that I still don’t seem to be clear on. I traded in a financed vehicle which I still owed some money on. I was given a little more than the trade in value which is great as it served a positive equity towards the new vehicle but I’m still not clear on why I don’t have exact answers on the process and timeframe. I would like to know when I will receive my registration for my new car as I was not provided this. Secondly, I was told the car would be paid off in 10 days but I’m set on automatic payments through Capital One on my old vehicle and don’t want to be charge if the vehicle is out of my hands. After everything was completed and signed for Mark informed me that I would need to provide him with a actual copy of actual physical license to process title work but this was told to me after everything was done and they had obtained my temp license when I started the process which from the get they new I was new to NC as I just moved here on Saturday from Another state. If the owner/ general manager, Billy Hollows can reach out to me I would certainly appreciate it as it would lead to have a terrible experience, specially since I’m new to NC More

I purchased a Honda Ridgeline. I live in KY and was traveling to TN for the weekend. I asked if they would deliver the truck to my hotel and they made arrangements. The temp tags had only a 30 day limit. At day 25 I contacted the dealership asking about my registration and if I should see plates soon. Frank (sales Manager) and Mark (Finance) said they would check on things and call me the following day. That never happened. I called again 2 days later and was ensured I would receive a response. 4 days later.... same thing. Now I have a brand new truck with expired tags and no response from the dealer. They worked hard to get my money and now I am an afterthought. More
