We have been Honda Pilot owners since 2012 and have always enjoyed our Honda Pilot. We were in the market of purchasing a new car and we recently decided to look around at various makes of automobiles always enjoyed our Honda Pilot. We were in the market of purchasing a new car and we recently decided to look around at various makes of automobiles but ultimately decided once again on a Pilot. We are from Wilkes County, NC and drove a little over 50 miles to Statesville, NC to look around at Honda Pilots at Flow Honda of Statesville. We were greeted by Ryan Morgan, a Sales Consultant, who began our journey at Flow. He was extremely helpful inquiring as to what we were looking for offering suggestions on various available Pilots, both used and new. Though he had been there only a few years his knowledge of the vehicles he showed us was exceptional. For a majority of our visit at Flow we had focused on a used Pilot and had pretty much decided on that one but then we changed course requesting to look at a new Pilot. Never wavering, Ryan jumped right in continuing to show his friendly attitude and knowledge of the vehicle. His patience with us was outstanding and appreciated him spending the time with us that he could have been spending with another client. We feel sure Ryan’s pleasing demeanor and knowledge of Flow Honda’s vehicles can and will help with any future customer to this dealership! Thanks again Ryan and the friendly staff at Flow Honda!! My overall experience with Steven Vera was great! However, I still feel I have a lot of unanswered questions that I still don’t seem to be clear on. I traded in a financed vehicle which I still owed However, I still feel I have a lot of unanswered questions that I still don’t seem to be clear on. I traded in a financed vehicle which I still owed some money on. I was given a little more than the trade in value which is great as it served a positive equity towards the new vehicle but I’m still not clear on why I don’t have exact answers on the process and timeframe. I would like to know when I will receive my registration for my new car as I was not provided this. Secondly, I was told the car would be paid off in 10 days but I’m set on automatic payments through Capital One on my old vehicle and don’t want to be charge if the vehicle is out of my hands. After everything was completed and signed for Mark informed me that I would need to provide him with a actual copy of actual physical license to process title work but this was told to me after everything was done and they had obtained my temp license when I started the process which from the get they new I was new to NC as I just moved here on Saturday from Another state. If the owner/ general manager, Billy Hollows can reach out to me I would certainly appreciate it as it would lead to have a terrible experience, specially since I’m new to NC More

I purchased a Honda Ridgeline. I live in KY and was traveling to TN for the weekend. I asked if they would deliver the truck to my hotel and they made arrangements. The temp tags had only a 30 day limit. At day 25 I contacted the dealership asking about my registration and if I should see plates soon. Frank (sales Manager) and Mark (Finance) said they would check on things and call me the following day. That never happened. I called again 2 days later and was ensured I would receive a response. 4 days later.... same thing. Now I have a brand new truck with expired tags and no response from the dealer. They worked hard to get my money and now I am an afterthought. More
