Michael is very easy to work with - gives you the information you need, but isn't pushy. He lets you make your decision on your own time, but is very accessible. He gets you what you want, not what information you need, but isn't pushy. He lets you make your decision on your own time, but is very accessible. He gets you what you want, not what he wants to sell you. Jason was likewise very easy to work with when filling out the financing paperwork. He explained everything, didn't pressure us, and was very patient as we made up our minds (and changed our minds!). We are repeat customers, and would go back for a 3rd car when the time comes. More

Kary Russell was a god-send. I did the entire transaction via e-mail including negotiating the price, finding the car in the midatlantic region and setting up the financing and getting the appointment. Brandon Snow was exceptionally professional and very thorough and helpful. Jason Rosales made the financing side customer friendly. The last time I bought a new vehicle (2005) the process took 2 weeks. The in-house piece took almost 4 hours with constant interruption. The experience with these fine individuals at Brown was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership. More
After searching for months for a dealer that would help with my credit situation, I entered my information on an internet dealer referral site and was contacted Browns. On my only day off for the week the with my credit situation, I entered my information on an internet dealer referral site and was contacted Browns. On my only day off for the week the internet salesman David told me that he had received my application and would be able to help me if I could come up that day. Thinking that I finally had found something since of course he had my application including social security number giving access to my credit score I went up to talk to him about my options. Once I arrived I was passed on to a very nice and knowledgeable dealer, Brandon. Brandon took another application, ran my credit, came back and told me I qualified for a 2012 Honda Civic which we even took on a test drive. He explained to me during the test drive that because I had "quesitonable" credit it would be easier to get me approved for a new vehicle versus a used. I was elated! We then went back to the dealership where he went away to talk to the "finance manager". After about ten minutes he came back and had me choose how much I could pay based on the price of the car and the down payment amount which I had already informed him was zero! He went away again...then came back telling me we I could get the car and would be riding out within an hour and half. Brandon even went as far as having the vehicle brought down, detailed, I was asked to choose customizations for the vehicle and sign that I had received the owners manual! He then went away again to give the information to the "finance manager" who I would finalize my purchase with. I waited for this "meeting" for 2 and a half hours. I then left to run some needed errands with the understanding that I would be called to come back and take my vehicle. No one called. I called back 2 hours later only to be told that the main "finance manager" was not there and they would review more options in the morning. I called in the morning only to be put off again until finally at 5:30 pm the next day I was told that I would need either $5000 down OR a co-signer with excellent credit. I am no salesman or dealer but I would think that is the information that would be told to the customer BEFORE you tell them you can give them the vehicle and have them choose a payment AND have the vehicle cleaned and brought around. I was completely embarrassed and felt like my whole day was wasted. For Browns to be a huge dealer with years of experience wouldn't they know that the process is backwards! I know I have credit issues, they were aware also so why not get financing first and then choose a vehicle and go over payments. Why waste my entire day off to tell me what no? I have never felt so humiliated in my entire life. Im sure they are an excellent dealer but only if you have excellent credit or thousands in the bank. If not, in my opinion, Brown is not where you want to go. More
This was the most satisfactory new car purchase experience I have had. There was no pressure from any Brown staff person I dealt with, they put the options in front of me and respected the choices experience I have had. This was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. First, all the other dealers I contacted within a 50+ mile radius told me the Honda Fit Sport manual transmission was impossible to find. B ever had. First, all the other dealers I contacted within a 50+ mile radius told me the Honda Fit Sport manual transmission was impossible to find. Brandon Snow at Brown found it for me in a week. The car was in beautiful condition, Brandon explained all the features (especially safety) to me. He acted as though he had no other customers besides me while I was there - 100% attentive. Customer service went beyond my expectations - water when we arrived (very hot day) and he sat with me in my new car going over everything in his long-sleeved shirt and tie and I never felt he was rushing to get inside into air conditioning. I never had to "haggle" over anything - I got more than I ever anticipated. Mr. Wicks was wonderful to work with as well regarding financing. Financing was always the worst part of the purchasing experiences I've had, and this was nothing short of pleasant. Not only would I recommend to everyone I know to go to Brandon at Brown, but I will be taking my daughter there when she purchases her car in a few weeks. I'm happy for her that she will start her car-buying experience in such a positive way. I cannot say enough positive things about Brandon, Lesley, Katy, and everyone at Brown. I'm proud to have the license plate holder and sticker on my new car! More

I always have a mixed reaction to this dealership. It seems as if they are always trying to blind side the customer and drive up their profits no matter what. Brandon was my salesperson and was very prof seems as if they are always trying to blind side the customer and drive up their profits no matter what. Brandon was my salesperson and was very professional throughout the whole exchange. It is the managers who keep holding out to see if they are going to get the offer that they are looking for. After test driving the insight, we sat down and discussed pricing. They appraised my CRV at $500 less than the people over at Carmax and when I brought this to their attention, they quickly matched the offer. However, they weren't willing to come down in their pricing offer on the insight. They were adamant about how for this one car, they had 15 prospective customers. It took my wife walking out the door and me on my way out before they agreed to a price that I offered. As much as I disliked the whole process I would recommend that you give Brown Honda a shot as they have a very small town feel and have almost every make/model. Just make sure you do your homework beforehand and show up knowledgeable. I also recommend that you deal with Brandon Snow. He will make sure that your needs are being met. More
I brought my honda fit in for some recall work on the VTEC engine. When I got the car back it was sluggish, ran rough at idle, and even stalled a couple of times. I brought it back to them and they did f VTEC engine. When I got the car back it was sluggish, ran rough at idle, and even stalled a couple of times. I brought it back to them and they did fix the problem. I don't expect anyone to get it 100% right 100% of the time, so consider this a positive review. They were willing to listen to what I said about the car not running correctly and they did fix the problem free of charge. More
