Kim David Cross is the greatest sales person that I have ever dealt with. Every time I need to buy a new car, I will only buy it from Kim as his knowledge and top quality of personalized service is the bes ever dealt with. Kim found us the Pilot in the exact color I wanted. He is always pleasant and helpful and knows everything about all of his products. Jason Rosales was the best finance person I have dealt with in a very long time. He took the time to review everything with us. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Steve. We bought our last Honda from him, too. He is extremely excited about the new 2012 Odyssey and gave a quick rundown of all the improvements ( I had a 2007 ). He was able to give me a thumbnail sketch of the audio technology and went over the highlights in the car; when I heard what he had to say I felt confident that I will be able to learn to use all the car has to offer with no difficulty. He gave me another "piece" of the info after the sale and offered to make an appointment in a week to finish the "course". Not only is Steve courteous and helpful, but also funny and entertaining. He remembered an amazing amount about me and my husband from five years ago. You have a stellar salesman there. More

Not only did I not feel pressured, I felt like I was given an appropriate amount of time, space, and privacy to discuss things with my partner and make my decisions. Kim Cross was very helpful and cheerfully ran a variety of numbers and financing scenarios for me. I came to Brown Honda, and Kim Cross specifically, because my partner recommended them. He purchased a car from Kim Cross a few years ago, and was so pleased with the experience he referred me--as well as several other people. I just brought home my new 2012 Honda CRV after a thorough analysis of the CRV and 5 other small SUVs. Steve was very patient as I made my way through the process. When I finally decided on the CRV, of course I wanted it right away. Steve and the dealer exchange staff worked very hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted and got it for me within a few days. The price was fair, he didn't recommend any useless options, and I got a good value on my trade-in. This is the second vehicle I bought from Steve (the third from Brown) and I would recommend him highly. I have had my vehicles serviced at Brown for over ten years and am very happy with their service also. More

Normally, I have hated the car buying experience and the high pressure sales tactics that often accompany purchasing a new vehicle, but my recent experience with Steve Young at Brown Honda in Charlottesville demonstrates that there are some salespeople that can properly assess a buyer's knowledge and needs, and make the transaction as efficient and no-nonsense as possible. In my case, I knew exactly what I wanted and at what price, and Steve showed me nothing but responsiveness, efficiency, friendliness and respect.
