The first contact on this sale was David Valcich who clearly knows Brown's customers and had determined that I might be a candidate for a trade of my '06 Accord for a new one with great rates. I was not initially interested as my car would go a lot longer and meets my transportation needs exceedingly well. David was not pushy but did follow up when I called back to see what kind of deal he was offering. Steve Young quickly followed up as well and since he had sold me my original Accord, it was easy to work with him in the Sales area. Steve was quick to listen to my hesitation and my interest and is experienced at sales without pushing the deal too much. Finance worked with me, and when I finally made the decision, had the paperwork in order and completed very quickly as I had a limited time frame within which to work out the details. Driving home my new Accord was a treat. I was soon "at home" with the new dash and controls, and appreciate Brown Honda working with me. More
We have always loved Honda products and have been very pleased with our vehicles. We have owned Civics, Accords, and CRVs. Before we moved into the area, we purchased our Hondas in Alexandria, VA. It was our intention to continue to do so until one day in 2009, while we were out, we found our 2001 CRV with a broken rear door latch. We immediately went to Brown Honda service without an appointment and they were able to work on it while we waited. We decided to walk over to the showroom and look around. We met Kim Cross and he showed us the 2010 CRV. We liked what we saw and the salesman that was helping us. We kept the 2001 CRV and purchased the 2010. Last week we took the 2010 CRV in for a oil change and saw the 2012's. We left with the 2012. This was our second car purchase in three years with Brown Honda and Kim Cross. We had another outstanding experience with this remarkable salesman. His friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help his customers are top notch. Mr Cross and his associate Jason Rosales make the car buying process an easy and pleasant experience. We would never think of dealing elsewhere. We would recommend this dealership and we highly recommend Kim David Cross as your salesman. You just couldn't do better! More
