We just bought a 2012 Honda Civic and were very impressed with the knowledge and experience of the staff at Brown Auto. Within a few days Brian got back to me on what needed to be done. We were very please with what Brian came back with.I drop off the Pilot on Monday it was ready Tuesday Morning just like Brown said it would be. We Bought a Honda Accord on March 30th. Our Saleman Kim Cross was the best we have ever worked with. He understood what we were looking for not trying to upsell us and worked around our schedule and got us Cross was the best we have ever worked with. Mr. Cross was very attentive and even gave us his cell number if we had questions about the car and he went over all the controls and setting up handfree cell phone on the car with us. In all the years we have bought a car we have never experience personal service like that and even the Finance manger Jason Rosales was a pleasure to work with. We were car shopping with our Seven year old son and the Salesman was very engaging asking our child did he like that car and school question that was important to me because it made our child feel apart of the car to. I would highly recommend Working with Browns Honda and Kim Cross. The took teh stress out of purchasing a new cr and made it so easy. More

I was in the process of buying a new 2012 Honda Fit from another area Honda dealership and was unsatisfied with their customer service as well as the information they were telling me. So, I called Brown Hon another area Honda dealership and was unsatisfied with their customer service as well as the information they were telling me. So, I called Brown Honda and spoke with Michael Barbour and was in his dealership within hours. He was very friendly and honest. He answered all my silly questions and made me feel welcome. He went the extra mile to get the color of the car I really wanted, even though he was unsure of it's whereabouts or ETA. I really enjoyed my experience at Brown Honda and most specifically working with Michael. I have and will recommend Brown Honda. More
