Steve was very polite, professional, and laid back. He didn't pressure us to purchase the car, which we appreciated. When we first visited him, we weren't ready to make the purchase. When we were ready, he made purchasing the vehicle very easy. We called late Friday afternoon and he had the car ready for us to pick up on Monday morning - in the color we wanted. He took his time going over all the electronics; we felt like he had all the time in the world. He was more concerned with helping us get on our way, as he knew we had a trip planned later Monday afternoon. She looked at me like I was crazy-- finally went to get someone to assist. They too appeared incredulous that the car would not start and immediately asked if I had been having any trouble with starting before bringing it in. They tried to start it and it wouldn't start . Then they jump started it. As i was driving away I noticed that all of the cabin lights were on and assume that is what drained the battery. More

He offered us the chance to buy accessories for the car. He also spent about 30 minutes showing us all the features inside and outside of the car and test drive. He asked us if we had any questions then we met our old sales person Bob Smith so we decided to deal with him instead of Scott .We traded our 2011 Honda CRV for 2013 Honda Pilot I got a call from Bob four days after we bought the car. He asked how everything was going and if we had any questions. He said to call him anytime if we ever had a question or concern. I was very happy with the service and price that Mr. Robert Fons and Bob gave us; the attention of Scott, and the great service of Jason Rosales, very efficient and kind at the time of the final closing, he went extra mile to help us to understand terms and conditions of our financing. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic observed dark fluid in the brake system and the power steering, both were changed with my permission at an additional charge.
