I went in there several times before reaching a decision and Harris was very patient about explaining the various options to me and helping me narrow down choices. After the sales he carefully went through the settings of the new car with us which was very useful. Thank you Harris. More

Customer service is lacking Took my 2017 to get the oil changed for the first time. When you walk into the service center they are extremely rude not very welcoming. I stood the Took my 2017 to get the oil changed for the first time. When you walk into the service center they are extremely rude not very welcoming. I stood there like a deer in headlights not knowing what to do. I was eventually waited on only to be told that they were running an hour to hour and half behind due to being down a mechanic. Ok no problem. As I'm sitting in the waiting room watching them come and get people to inform them that their vehicles are done. I'm sitting watching tv and my phone rings, its the cashier calling to tell me my car is ready! I go check out and immediately notice a grease stain on my driver's side door! Then upon further inspection they had put greasy fingerprints on my visor!! When I took it back to show them what they did all I got was from the shop manger is " I keep telling those guys to wear gloves". So clearly they dont care how they treat your car. More
Cheating and rob you I would give them minus star if I could. They cheat all the time. They damage your car and force you to repair. Do not trust them !!! Do not let them rob you!!!!A couple of months ago, I just came in for oil change, but they forced me to do more unnecessary services and end up charging me $400 plus. Today I came in for state inspection, they cheated and forced me to fix drive belt for $200 and water pump for another $745. 5 days later i took my car to another dealership and nothing need to be fixed. The service supervisor even threaten me that he will called the police if i did not fix my car. Kim the salesperson was professional and made the experience a pleasure as shopping for cars is akin to root canal. Mike the sales manager also spent quality time with us to make sure we were happy. Needless to say we are proud new owners of a 2017 CR-V and recommend you stop at Browns one more time to make the deal. More
Avoid service center at all cost Unfortunately, we were forced to take our Honda Pilot into this pathetic excuse for a service center to have a recall repair performed on the passenge Unfortunately, we were forced to take our Honda Pilot into this pathetic excuse for a service center to have a recall repair performed on the passenger airbag. Their technicians damaged the dash panels by forcing a tool between the seams to pry open the compartments so they could access the airbag. They also did not reinstall the dash panels or the radio deck display trim panels correctly, leaving us with gouge marks and uneven dash lines. The service manager denied any wrongdoing basically before I could even deliver details about the damages, as I mistakenly said "driver's side" panels. She was combative during the entire conversation and then did not respond to my email with photos of the damage. I contacted Honda of America and filed a complaint. They assigned me a case manager who immediately went to bat for me, the customer. The next day, the service manager from Brown Honda called to tell me they would replace the damaged panels. Essentially, HOA's case manager forced Brown Honda's hand to make it right. Honda of America stands by their customers. However, Brown Honda of Charlottesville apparently does not. More
