We were very impressed with Umansky and the fact that we did not have to haggle over price. Their initial offer, including trade-in values, was inline with our thinking making it easy to reach an agreemen did not have to haggle over price. Initially, we were only looking at one but the cost, the latest CR-V model, etc. was too good to pass up so we decided to swap both of our older model cars. Kim Cross, the salesman, was extremely kind, helpful, and went out of his way to make buying both cars an enjoyable experience. Would give him more than 5 stars as a rating if possible. We would also rate Mike Shields, who processed the paperwork, very high. Overall, all the staff at Umansky were great. Made car buying an enjoyable, easy experience when most of the time it is not. More
