The sales person was excellent. But our experience with the finance manager was terrible. His first price quote for our 3 year lease was $2000 down and $395 per month . But on the Honda website it quoted f the finance manager was terrible. His first price quote for our 3 year lease was $2000 down and $395 per month . But on the Honda website it quoted for the exact same car with no trade in $323 per month. What a disrespectful way to try to rip off a customer. We finally settled on 0 down and $295 per month since we had equity in the lease we were ending. That means his first quote was$5600 higher than what he was prepared to accept. That is disgraceful especially since there are signs in the dealership bragging about their no haggling transparent pricing. . More

Quick Fix! Thank you Kenny and RJ When traveling through Charlottesville, my cars battery went dead. I was able to get a jump and get my car over to the Umansky Honda Dealership in hop When traveling through Charlottesville, my cars battery went dead. I was able to get a jump and get my car over to the Umansky Honda Dealership in hopes of getting it fixed so I could get back on the road. I arrived only 15 minutes before close knowing that everyone may be busy or were finishing up for the night. Thankfully, I was helped by Kenny Taylor, who made my problem his prior. I felt as if Kenny was doing everything he possibly could to help me get back on the road that night. He kept me involved with the process and could not have been nicer or more reassuring. Kenny provided five star service! I also wanted to thank RJ, who did not hesitate to help as well. He was able to check out my battery and solve the issue quickly. Overall great experience with all of the staff and service at Umansky Honda! More
