Dave in Service did a very good job with me and Jackie Gits also. Jackie has always been very good to me. However while I was waiting for the shuttle sitting by the coffee 3-4 sales people walked by and Gits also. Jackie has always been very good to me. Being friendly to guest who are sitting and waiting are just as important as someone buying a car. They looked at me and made me feel like I was nobody. I bought my first Honda from Brown. That particular salesman walked by twice and didn't speak. I give Service 5 stars but with the way the Sales people acted I dropped it down to a 4. Also 2 people did come to me while standing by the reception area and ask if they could help. My car was ready before I was told. More
