I waited to get state inspection, and David Sloan got me in and out quickly. Always a pleasure going to Umansky. David Sloan and others have once again done a great job by helping us with our Honda Accord. We had an alternator fail on us Friday and had it replaced by noon Saturday. The service dept always does a very thorough job on our cars and they are great about getting our cars done quickly too. The only problem is that they have cut the staff size of service dept so severely cars and they are great about getting our cars done quickly too. The only problem is that they have cut the staff size of service dept so severely that the couple of people working are being run ragged and it's very difficult to get anyone on the phone. BUt the staff that are there do a great job but it's not fair to them to have just a couple of people on duty each day and yet have all teh same expectations on them. Thank you service dept and mechanics!!!!! You all do a great job. More

I can’t rave enough about how your entire staff helped me this weekend. I was driving home from northern Va at about 5:15 pm on Friday afternoon when my “Check Transmission” light came on and my “D” (Drive) this weekend. I was driving home from northern Va at about 5:15 pm on Friday afternoon when my “Check Transmission” light came on and my “D” (Drive) light started flashing on my dash. I was a little panicked because I had one of my Labradors in her crate in my car. I called Umansky for advice and Valerie immediately spoke with Dave Naylor (Taylor?) who advised me not to drive it and get towed to the dealership. I was able to get to Umansky just before 7 pm, saw Dave, and left the car while my husband picked up both me and the dog. On Saturday morning, I spoke with Tina who said that that they would do their best to try to fix it that day, otherwise I wouldn’t get it back until Tuesday because of the holiday. Sure enough, at almost 4 pm she called to tell me that it was a bad sensor and it would be fixed before closing. I love almost 40 minutes away, in Orange, and got to the dealership just after 5 pm—Tina was fine waiting for me. You guys are the BEST and I am very grateful! Thanks. More
