Two days were wasted thanks to Umansky Honda. In their rudeness and lack of basic training in customer service, they vowed never to do business with the company again. I booked Umansky online for a tire change and left it two days ago, but only two hours later I said I had no tires in stock and asked him to come back the next day. The next day I went back to Umansky Honda and left the car, and three hours later, the news I received was as follows. Now the wrong tire came and I had to wait for another day. I was so angry that I told the staff that I wanted to talk to the manager. I got a call from the manager. But they're just going to give me a rental car for the day they wait without considering my two-day-long wasted time. The problem is that they wasted my precious time and caused inconvenience to customers because they couldn't handle things properly, only to hear the absurd response that they didn't do it on purpose. To be able to operate with just this level of service is to look down on customers and will be of no help to customers using this company. More
