When I called to schedule my state inspection the lady was very friendly and helpful. I don't recall her name. Stephanie my service advisor was very friendly and had my best interest in mind. The driver guy Cliff, was the pinnacle of my positive experience. I didn't communicate to anyone in the sales department, otherwise, so not exactly sure, why they are included.
