That said, Umansky in Charlottesville seems to be somewhat haphazardly managed, particularly if you are a new customer. My maintenance service today, first time for a leased CR-V, went reasonably well, but I had the impression that my questions about procedures and services were being unintentionally, perhaps, and certainly politely dismissed as all too obvious. Maybe that's true for the Umansky employees who have heard it all before, but some recognition that a new customer might need some special recognition and assistance at the dealership would have made for a superior experience.
