When we started the process of shopping for a new car a couple of weeks ago, we were not set on a particular brand/model. After visiting several other dealerships and test driving various brands, we decided to visit Rippy Cadillac. We were greeted by Mike Campo who was very helpful and informative, and allowed the car to sell itself. Mike is very personable, straight-forward, and made what is usually a somewhat painful experience for me an extremely pleasant one! We were very impressed with the cars but more impressed with Aaron Koob. When we returned from test drive Aaron was with another customer, then we were introduced to Michael Campo and he proceeded to direct us on incentive programs, he made us feel comfortable and his honesty and integrity was incredible. Michael spent the rest of his afternoon getting us the right financing and made our shopping experience very easy. We will be returning to Rippy Cadillac to purchase again in the next few year. My wife and I are going through a difficult time at another dealership and decided to try Rippy as an option for our next vehicle. I have negotiated many vehicle purchases in my lifetime. I feel disrespected by the treatment I received by my visit. First, no one who knows anything about car buying pays retail. Second, the internet now makes it easier for consumers to do their homework. Not once did this dealership negotiate with me and treat me like they wanted us as a customer. Shameful. I will continue to share my experience with as many as I can with hopes that someone doesn't get screwed over with a price that is unrealistic and not negotiable. Now I would not go anywhere else to pu Some years ago I came to Rippy for service on a Cadillac purchased from an out of state dealership that folded. Now I would not go anywhere else to purchase a car or have it serviced because the agency has all the ingredients to best serve customers: top of the line products, attractive quarters, and, most of all, outstanding employees in management, sales & service. Mike Campo exemplifies the best in sales. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about a range of models, and patient with someone who has to go through a decision process. Two of my major concerns were safety and keeping the lease payments about the same and he helped me consider several alternatives. Ultimately I got what I wanted at a fair price. When I finally selected a 2016 CTS, he spent a lot of time showing, explaining, and setting up all the special features of the car. Today I drove it "flat out" on a straight stretch of road with no other vehicles, playing the radio, and going back to my youth. More
