Regarding the spare key, this matter was addressed and resolved; the delay occurred because the original sales representative was no longer with the company. Please note that the customer did not purchase any extended warranty, therefore assuming full responsibility for any repairs or maintenance needs after the sale, as outlined and agreed to in the signed “AS IS” purchase documents. We understand how frustrating vehicle issues can be, and we regret that you have encountered concerns with your A/C, battery, and alternator. However, all vehicles at Florida Fine Cars are sold “AS IS,” and customers are encouraged to review the vehicle’s condition, history reports, and to obtain a pre-purchase inspection to ensure confidence in their decision. Florida Fine Cars remains committed to transparency and providing customers with the information needed prior to completing a purchase. While we cannot assume responsibility for repairs months after the sale without warranty coverage, we are always available to answer questions or guide customers toward service options.

Each vehicle is accompanied by a Carfax and AutoCheck report detailing its history, which are provided to every customer prior to purchase. As clearly advertised across all platforms, the listed vehicle price does not include sales tax, tag, title, or dealer fees. In addition, every customer receives a buyer’s order outlining all applicable fees before proceeding with any transaction. All of our vehicles are sold “AS IS,” as noted in the signed sales agreement. While we’re sorry to hear of your buyer’s remorse, we believe in transparency and remain committed to providing our customers with the tools and information needed to make a well-informed decision.
