We came to her on the recommendations of friends who had purchased a car earlier and were very pleased with the purchase and the manager. We were not disappointed in our choice for a second. Yulia spent a lot of time with us, told us everything, explained it, showed us, offered different options for car configurations, and gave us a very competent and honest price guide. All documents were completed under the leadership of Yulia, for which we are sincerely grateful. I wish there were more attentive, responsive and competent sales employees like Yulia.
