I recently purchased a car remotely, and working with Bruno made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. This was my first time buying a car completely online, sight unseen, and Bruno helped ease any worries along the way. From the start, he was responsive and thorough in answering my questions, yet he was never pushy or made me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. What really set Bruno apart was how personable and genuinely invested he was in making sure I was happy. He went above and beyond—sending extra photos and videos and keeping me updated throughout the delivery process from Miami. He even included a custom-made birthday note inside the car since it happened to be delivered on my birthday—such a thoughtful touch! From start to finish, he truly felt like he was on my team, looking out for my best interest. I feel like I made a new friend along with getting a new car! I 10000% recommend Bruno and will absolutely seek him out the next time we need to buy or sell a car. 😉 Everyone I spoke to throughout the process, from finance to service, was fantastic, making the experience even better.
