Jesse Marrero At first I thought everything was great until we looked closer and found that the fluids were not filed, the windshield wipers needing replaced, the oil change not done and a damaged side v until we looked closer and found that the fluids were not filed, the windshield wipers needing replaced, the oil change not done and a damaged side view mirror. Now I know that it is my fault for not seeing these things before leaving the dealership but I went by Jesse’s word that this was all done and unfortunately I trusted him. When I gave him the opportunity to make it right he blamed others and didn’t take responsibility. As the customer it is not my problem as to who is responsible but rather I see this as a problem for the company in whole. More
