I would not recommend this dealership to any one for any reason, I purchased a extended warranty, The car has been paid in full the bank got all their money. I purchased an extended warranty the warranty was canceled a check or 1855.22 dollars was sent to your dealership over a month ago and all I get from management finance and the business office manager if excuses oh and I did get a copy of a check with no signature on it that was supposedly sent to the bank that financed the car, but Florence Toyota will not or Is refusing to give me any type of proof that the check was actually sent. The last conversation I had with Florence Toyota was around February the 6th or 7th of February I spoke to the manager or what she said she was the manager in the business office and I spoke to someone else that claim to be a manager and I was told again what they have to do. It was the law that they had to send the check back to the bank that financed the car, and then the bank would send me back my . Again my Question yes I don’t understand that per the business office manager response. The check has not been cashed yet, my response was why can’t you stop payment on the check and give me my money the response that I got again from the business manager was that if payment was stopped on the check, some type of process would have to be restarted and then she stated it would be that much longer before they could issue my refund, Again, I do not understand this Issue at hand, it seems that someone is being completely dishonest to a customer that purchased a vehicle from the dealership. My response yes I am completely confused on this issue. She told me that it was the law that they had to return The warranty money back to the bank because it was included in the financing of the car, my response again is the car has been paid in full. There is no balance owed on the car. I have a letter from the bank stating this. I have talked to several attorneys, and they are unaware of any such law , this leaves me with the opinion that this is a dishonest dealership, and I do not understand why my money cannot be returned to me! Toyota got their money, BMO Bank got their money, this was all in full warranty was canceled, and a refund was issued, but for some reason I cannot get my money back, I would greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter, it seems unfair that a dealership of this size would pull such a Stunt that makes them look extremely dishonest More

I do not like the new setup. My first visit took 2 hours for fluid check and tire rotation, but this last visit took less than an hour to change oil and tire rotation. We wouldn't hesitate to drive 1. 5 hours away from home again in order to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
